Carriage & Payment terms 1st April 2024/25

Carriage Terms: UK delivery (Excluding Scotland, Highlands, Ireland & Channel Irelands )

Carriage paid orders for photo frames is £300.

Minimum order for photo Frames £100- £299 at trade list price + CARRIAGE COST at £19.95 pr. ORDER

Mounts can be cut to standard or any aperture required .

Minimum carriage paid order for Mounts £100. Orders under £250, carriage is charged at £19.95

Mount orders can be mixed with photo frames to get Carriage paid order.

Ireland & Channel Irelands and Off Shore Islands :- Please Contact the Office for details of Delivery Terms.

Scotland, Scottish Highlands :- Please contact the office for details of Delivery Terms.

Export Prices are Ex-Works

Delivery:-We deliver most of our products by pallet on a 2-3 day economy service. We can also send next day

service at a cost of £25 per pallet, timed delivery at a cost of £20 per pallet (am, pm) Saturday am or pm £80 + carriage

These prices are on extra on top of economy prices please contact the office before you decide .

We also deliver some orders via vans.

We aim to complete any standard order in 5- 10 working days, this time can increase during busy seasonal

periods but we will endeavor to stick to our time scales.

Large contracts and multiple pallets 10 – 15 working days or as agreed contract with the customer.

We have the capacity to cope with any size order from single pallets to multiple pallets.

Payment Terms :-

* We accept all major credit/debit cards and Bacs Payments.

* Any odd Size Contract Orders to be paid for in advance before the manufacture of frames or mounts

can be started.

* First Orders are Pro forma until an account has been opened for you the delivery time is still 5 – 10 working days

the same time as customers with accounts

* All Customer Accounts are to be paid 30 days from Invoice Date.

New orders from customers cannot be processed if accounts overdue after 30 days

All customers with accounts will have a credit limit which will be given when setting up there account.

Our Company has a Maximum Credit limit of £5000 unless authorised by Management.

* Payment by Bacs, Visa or Credit Cards

* Cash on collection/delivery – this must be arranged before collection/delivery.

* Our bank details are listed below for bank transfer payment – BACS, SWIFT.

Credit accounts can be set up for you please contact our office on 01623 812244 for an accounts form.

Customers Orders are Proforma until agreed accounts are set up for you.

Accounts can be normally open within 15 working days. All credit accounts are 30 days from date of invoice.

Full terms and conditions on request of sales :-

Damages & Short Delivery:- (Any Damages to Goods or Short Delivery) Must be notified to us within 3

working days – All goods remain the property of TOM MORGAN PICTURES (MANUFACTURING) LTD until

invoice is settled in full.

Terms of trading:

(1) All frames are made up to order except where a contract or other terms have been agreed in writing.

(2) Liability is not accepted for loss, Partial loss, Damage, or Non delivery unless we have been notified in

writing within the following limits.

(i) Damage, Short Delivery, Partial loss 3 days from receipt on goods.

(ii) Complete loss or Non delivery 10 days from date of invoice

(3) We do not accept the return of goods for credit (Except under special circumstances when prior

permission will have been given in writing by a responsible company official)

(4) Payment immediate unless credit account approved.

(5) Retention of title.

(i) Not withstanding delivery and the passing of risk, property in and title to the goods shall remain with the

seller ( TOM MORGAN PICTURES ) until the seller has received payment of the full price of the goods.

All goods and/or services subject to and are liable to 2.5% monthly interest of invoice value for late

payments at the companies discretion.

All other goods and/or services supplied by the seller to the buyer under any contract what so ever.

Payment of the full price shall include, without limitation, the amount of any interest or other sum payable

under the terms of this and all other contracts between the seller & the buyer and any tax payable.

PLEASE NOTE MOULDING COLOURS IN CATALOGUE CAN VARY DUE TO PRINTING PROCESS.

WE TRY TO KEEP ALL MOLDINGS IN STOCK BUT SOMETIMES BEYOND OUR CONTROL WE RUN OUT, IF THIS

OCCURS OUR CUSTOMERS WILL BE OFFERED AN ALTERNATIVE.

Prices are charged at the official price list less any discounts.

£1000 – 20% disc. / £750 – 15% disc. / £500 – 10% DISC. / Carriage free £250 at trade list price
